Vanities 1200mm and larger are securely placed on a pallet and delivered via tailgate service to ensure maximum safety.

Most of our stone tops are also packaged in honeycomb packaging; however, some suppliers may offer standard packaging. We recommend checking with our team prior to placing your order if you have any concerns regarding packaging and potential transit damage.

Upon receiving your product, please inspect it for any damages within 48 hours, in accordance with our Shipping and Returns Policy. This prompt inspection helps us address any issues swiftly and efficiently.
