What if I receive a damaged item?
What if I receive a damaged item?
Items must be checked within 48 hours of receiving your order. You must inform us within this time period should your item arrive damaged. Evidence of damage MUST be sent via email in order for us to organise a replacement for you. Items are sent out in good, brand-new condition, and are checked for damage and for missing parts prior to dispatch.
If you receive a damaged item, you must let us know within 48hrs of receiving your order with images of the product and the packaging it arrived via submitting the Return, Damaged items & Warranty claim form and we will organise a free replacement for you as soon as possible. It is your responsibility to safely dispose of damaged item after receiving confirmation from our team that suppliers do not require the damaged item returned. After 48 hours, we cannot take responsibility for organising a free replacement because it is difficult to determine liability of damage. Additionally, our insurers will not accept claims outside of this time frame and will not assist in providing a free replacement.
No claim or responsibility will be accepted after 48 hours as our shipping company cannot guarantee that any damage was not caused following receipt of the item or during the installation process. The shipping provider’s insurance will only accept claims within the 48 hour period of receiving the goods, otherwise the Customer is deemed to have accepted the goods and liability for the Goods.
