Extended Returns for Change of Mind
With ZURE Protection Cover, you have up to 60 days instead of standard 30days from the date you received your order to return it if you change your mind (subject to our Change of Mind Return Policy).
Rapid Re-Supply
If replacement product is required due to damaged in transit, we’ll re-supply the replacement and prioritise dispatch
If the replacement is on backorder, we’ll notify you and give you the option to:
- Accept the backorder, or
- Cancel for a full refund (less shipping costs).
